NLP reframing is a useful technique to help you gain more self confidence right now.  This technique relies on the proven fact that the body cannot tell the difference between something that is real and something that is vividly imagined.

Now in a short movie see how that person acts in various situations.  Make the your mind’s movie as vivid as possible.  Now try and replace the actor with you.

Fully associate yourself with that role of having self confidence.  Play through the same situations where your role model acted with great self confidence.
