Getting More Self Confidence

More self confidence is something everyone wants, and it the main subject of this blog.  I started this blog to gather information I have used to help me gain more self confidence.  I hope in doing so to help you on your journey.  Here is another great way to gain self confidence.Last post we compared how self confidence was like a bank account and how you need to make a regular deposits into to keep it growing and fresh.

Before we get into today’s tip, we should talk about balance.  Remember like anything in life it is about balance. The balance between  work and home, and the balance between high self confidence and low self confidence.

Too high of self confidence can make us appear cocky, to low of self confidence and we appear weak.  It is about finding a good balance and being truthful with yourself.

Now for today’s tip.  One way to get more self confidence is to make it yourself, and one way to make this happen is by achieving goals.

If you don’t have any goals, you need to start right now.  Make sure they are written goals and that they are easily acheiveable for now.

Just having a set of written goals that you are excited about trying to achieve can greatly increase your self confidence.

If just having goals can increase your self confidence, just think how great you’ll feel once you start to achieve some of them.

For big goals, it is best to break them down into smaller quicker to acheive goals.  Our goal is to constantly be reaching our daily and weekly goals.

By doing this we earn more self confidence which we can deposit into our account.

I’ll probably talk more about goal setting in future posts but for now if you need more information on goal setting, there are tons of books out there that can lead you through the goal setting process.

Anthony Robbins actually includes goal setting training in almost all of his products, so if you can find a book by him you are set.

Remember you must have a WRITTEN set of goals, not just ones in your head.
