An Attitude of Gratitude and Self Confidence
Being in a state of gratitude is one way to quickly become more self-confident. When you are grateful for things you cannot be in a state of fear or any other unresourceful state.
Be thankful for all that you have access to that you did not have to create or invent. Be grateful for the air that you breathe, the friends and family that you have, the roof over your head, etc.
Being grateful makes you realize all the great resources you have available to you and makes you remember all the wonderful things you have been able to accomplish in your life.
In a state of fear you focus on your limitations, your faults, and all your short comings. This is the fastest way to low self-confidence.
Most of the time your level of confidence changes day to day and even hour by hour depending on what you are thinking of.
Think about positive things and your level of self confidence will increase tremendously.
So start today and live with an attitude of gratitude. Being aware of all the resources available to you can really open up opportunities that you may have not been aware of.
