Try and find a model. Find someone how you think exhibits high levels of self confidence and try and mirror their actions and mannerisms. Listen to how they talk and pretend to be them just to see how being self confident would feel. If you can model someone else being self confident, then you can do this as well.

Push your limits. One of the best ways to grow is to make yourself uncomfortable. Try to talk to a stranger today, or do something you have never done, like mountain climbing or something else you are afraid to do. By conquering things you once feared you can quickly build unshakable self confidence.

Remember that everyone has good days and bad days. Just because you are feeling down today does not necessarily mean you have chronic low self confidence. People often over generalize in this area. The fact of the matter is that most people have a healthy amount of self confidence.

Learn what makes you feel better and what doesn’t. Often times by keeping a journal and going back and dissecting it you can often pinpoint things that could make a big difference in your life, if you only do them more often.
