7 Confidence Boosters
1. First of all realize that everyone suffers from low self confidence at some point in their lives, some people are just better at covering it up. This is build into our DNA, because self-doubt in the past has kept us safe from being eaten by saber tooth tigers.
2. Realize that you are 100% unique and that there will never be another one of you.
3. Focus on the things you are good at. Nobody is good at everything. Smart people focus on what they are good at and delegate the rest.
4. Have written goals. People with written goals achieve so much more than people who do not.
